Note Record: "Queen Victoria was the first known carrier of haemophilia in..."i - Overview

Text Queen Victoria was the first known carrier of haemophilia in the royal family. As there are no known haemophiliacs among her ancestors, her case was either an instance of spontaneous mutation, or she was actually the illegitimate daughter of an unidentified haemophiliac male. However there is no evidence of such a liason with her mother.
